Herb walk

Come along on a herb tour with Theodor Lehner and set the table with fresh Lötschental herbs.

Program sequence:
Saturday
13.00 Meeting at the Ambord Restaurant in Ferden
13.15 hrs. departure towards Kummenalp with many small stops where we get to know plants and trees better. Learn interesting stories about the landscape and enjoy some delicacies in between.
16.30 hrs Arrival at Kummenalp - check in - afternoon snack break.
17.15 Herbal walk on the alp - collecting mountain herbs for herbal salts.
18.15 hrs. Preparation of the herbal salts
19.00 Dinner followed by a cosy evening in the hut - preparation of a spruce resin ointment.

Sunday
07.30 a.m. Morning meal followed by a herb hike on the mountain pasture. Preparation of a herbal tincture and herbal oil. We can also collect tea herbs on the way.
13.00 Joint distribution of the herbal products that we have collected and processed and conclusion of the
Herbal seminar.
14.00 hrs. March from the alpine pasture into the valley. Transportation possible.

Both days: CHF 350.-- including herb book and course materials - meals (Zvieriplättli - dinner and accommodation in rooms for 2 with breakfast - drinks on the walks) Material for processing the herbs and certificate. The drinks in the restaurant must be paid for by the course participants themselves.
